That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Royston Francis Tasker whilst in occupation of the site, and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances.
That the office use hereby permitted shall only take place between the hours of 08:30 and 19:00 on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the use of the property for letting accommodation (granted planning permission on
21 August 1998 under reference P97/N0731/RET) shall not take place whilst the use as an office in connection with the applicant's courier business is being undertaken from the site.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That no more than one commercial vehicle shall be parked overnight at the premises.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That no goods or products with the exception of letters and documents shall be stored at the premises pending their onwards delivery in connection with the courier business.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
