Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 4209/922/704556, 90700/930/100 100, 102, 103 and 104 accompanying such application, as amended by letter dated 19 September 2000 drawing nos. 90700/930/100 104A and 90700/930/100 103A except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the amended application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That a detailed design for the front boundary railings shall be submitted to and approved by the Chief Planning Officer prior to commencement of development. Reason: To ensure a suitable setting for the Listed Building.

All new works and works of making good shall be detailed and carried out in materials to match the adjoining original fabric except where shown otherwise on the approved drawings. Reason: To preserve the architectural integrity of the Listed Building.

No demolition, stripping out, removal of structural elements, replacement of original joinery or fittings and finishes shall be carried out except where shown and noted on the approved drawings. Reason: To preserve internal features of the Listed Building.

That the natural stone used shall be of the same type, colour and texture and laid in the same manner as the existing building. Reason: To ensure the development matches the existing building.
