That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the walls of the extension shall be constructed in natural stone, laid in regular courses with a lime mortar, all to match the walls of the existing property. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON6 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the roof of the extension shall be constructed using plain clay tiles. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON6 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
