Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies G1 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no works shall take place until the applicant, or their agent or successors in title, has secured the making of a detailed record of the existing roof structure. This must be carried out by a building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of recording which shall first have been submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the building is of historic importance in accordance with Policies G1 and CON7
of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
