Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies CON6 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies CON3 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That within 8 weeks of the commencement of the works hereby approved, the existing plastic windows shall be replaced with timber windows in accordance with details to be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies CON3 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
