That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the bricks to be used for the new wall and the natural slate to be used for the garage roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the external walls of the garage shall be clad in horizontally aligned timber boarding, which shall be dark stained and so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the garage door shall be timber. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That prior to the erection of the garage, details of the alignment of the surface water culvert crossing the site shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. The garage shall not be erected until construction details are agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the surface water drainage system in the area.
