That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the lights hereby approved shall be fixed to the building and angled in such a way that the spread of the light on the ground, when the lights are switched on, shall not extend beyond the light footprint line shown on plan no. 102E submitted with the application.
Reason: To ensure that the development does not unduly detract from the rural character and appearance of the area.
