Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That no works shall begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies CON3, CON4 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not commence until a full schedule of works has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

That no works shall take place until the applicant has secured the making of a detailed record of the part of the building affected. This must be carried out by an archaeological/building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the building is of archaeological/historic importance in accordance with
Policy CON18 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
