Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls of the front extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the existing tree on the northern boundary of the site, close to the siting of the proposed store, shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress in accordance with details to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and implemented prior to the commencement of the development.
