Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposal would be contrary to the general and employment policies of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan (policies G1, G2, E6 and T18) and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (policies G1, G3, C1 and E3).  The proposal would result in the erection of a substantial new office building outside the built up area of the village in a rural setting such that it would detract from the rural character of this locality.  Furthermore this is not a sustainable location for employment generating development as it is not easily accessible by public transport or close to general services.
