That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the new conservation rooflight shall be located on the inner western roofslope and so retained in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of works.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
