That the proposal to change the use of the whole of the shop and part of the domestic premises to form a take-away facility would result in an unneighbourly and intrusive form of development. The area has a primarily residential character, particularly during the evenings, and this proposal would, by reason of noise, disturbance, smells, additional traffic and general activity into the late evening, detract from the amenities, environment and living conditions of the occupants of nearby residential properties. The proposal is thereby contrary to policies G7 and E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Plan.
