That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all external materials to be used in connection with the conversion of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
