Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the tennis court netting shall be soft netting, and the posts shall be timber posts, as confirmed in agent's letter dated 27 July 2000.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That prior to the commencement of the development, a landscaping scheme showing planting adjacent to the north west and south east boundaries of the tennis court shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved planting scheme shall be implemented within the planting season following the first use of the tennis court, and shall be so retained and maintained. In the event of any of the plants dying, they shall be replaced within the following planting season and shall be so retained and maintained.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
