Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That the new flue shall be black painted and so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That the brickwork shall be laid in a flemish bond using lime mortar in accordance with details to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
