That the use of the garage shall be limited to an administrative office only. Reason: To safeguard the character of this residential area.

That the permission hereby granted shall enure solely for the benefit of Mr & Mrs Sapucci and for no other persons whomsoever. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances.

That at the expiration of five years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment.
