That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That in accordance with the details specified on drawing 4YFB/A1/02011/IN/Rev B dated 9 May 2000, a new hedge shall be planted in the position indicated within the first planting season following completion of the development and any plant which may die or becomes seriously damaged or destroyed within 3 years of the completion of the planting shall be replaced with a species of the same type. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
