That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the natural stone to be used for the new walls shall be laid in regular courses using lime based mortar to match the existing wall. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That bonnet hip tiles shall be used in the construction of the garage. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for garaging for the personal enjoyment of occupants of The Old Barn, Mill Lane, Great Haseley and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality.
