Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no performances, rehearsals or set construction shall take place in the building unless all the doors on the south elevation of the building are closed and remain closed during these activities. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G7 and CF1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to completion of the extension hereby approved, the windows on the south elevation of the building shall be bricked up and the acoustic doors fitted in accordance with the details shown on drawing 946-3E to the specification set out in the acoustic consultants report dated 30 June 2000. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G7 and CF1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
