Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That the roof shall be covered with natural slate a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
