That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the stables hereby approved shall be used only for the personal enjoyment of the occupiers of Crumps and shall not be used for any business or commercial use whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality.

That no first floor windows shall be inserted in the side wall of the extension hereby approved. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
