Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the first floor windows in the side elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the accommodation, and shall be retained thereafter as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
