162769 - The existing Orchard Building is to be extended with a new building containing four classrooms, four
stores and a small plant room. The building is to mimic the style of the existing building. An opening
and connection at the first floor will be made to enable the first floor classrooms to be accessed via an existing staircase. Two existing rooms are to be refurbished; an existing office is to be refurbished and an existing kitchenette is to be remodelled to provide a small group working room. Some drainage diversion works are to be undertaken and a new soakaway position is required
