Relocate existing male & female W.Câ¿¿s & form new disabled W.C connected to existing drainage
system,
Relocate existing kitchen area to existing redundant restaurant with wash up trade kitchen extension
(unheated and/or cooled) within existing courtyard,
Convert redundant kitchen to public restaurant space with disabled access, and,
Change of use of first floor conference room to additional bedroom and ensuite (Room No 12a)
