*NOT IN OUR AREA - WITHDRAWN* Building Reg sign-off is required for supply and installation of new drainage field. As follows:
The installation pit for the soakaway drainage field will be installed at 5 metres wide by 6.8 metres long at an approximate total depth of 1 metre in accordance with the septic tanksâ¿¿ outlet. Approximately 15 tons of 20mm shingle and a 36 metre network of perforated UPVC plastic pipe will be installed and connected to the septic tanks new outlet pipework which will be intercepted and extended from the failing Soakaway pit to our new installation. This installation will be covered in a geo textile fabric terram before backfill is carried out to finished ground level and turfs will be relaid. We will have the septic tank emptied during works and new brickwork and render will be installed to the hole within the tank to ensure it is watertight and functioning as designed.
