Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

That the apparatus hereby approved be removed from the mast within three
months of it no longer being required for telecommunication purposes.
Reason: To protect the amenity of the area.
That no new lighting shall be erected on the mast.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
