specified in the application, for stabling and sheltering of horses, for
the personal enjoyment of occupants of Summer Cottage and the building
shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.

        locality.
That the land the subject of this application shall only be used for the
grazing and exercising of horses for the personal enjoyment of the
occupants of Summer Cottage and shall not be used for any commercial or
business use.
