Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials for the stable block shall be as specified on the plans hereby approved unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the buildings hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for stabling and sheltering of horses, for the personal enjoyment of occupants of Summer Cottage and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbours and the character of the locality. That the land the subject of this application shall only be used for the grazing and exercising of horses for the personal enjoyment of the occupants of Summer Cottage and shall not be used for any commercial or business use. Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbours and the character of the locality.
