Planning Permission on 27th November 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roofs of the extension
shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in
writing before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the extension shall not be occupied until the external brickwork
has been colour washed to match the existing dwellinghouse and shall
thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be
occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation
and use of the existing property Covert Cottage, Hill Bottom, Whitchurch
Hill as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and
shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent
an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in
inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
That the external walls and doors of the implement store shall be
constructed in timber which shall be dark stained prior to the first
use of the building and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
