The use of the land as a car park shall cease on or before 2 September 2025. Reason: To ensure the best use of the land pending it's regeneration in accordance with Policies STRAT3 and H2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC001 and LOC002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
