Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TS7519PA1P14, TS7519PAE01, TS7519PA1P13A, TS7519PA1P12A and TS7519PA1P16, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed and completed in the materials and details specified within the application submission hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the development hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details should include sections through the doors and door cases to show how the flood prevention design will be incorporated. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
