Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The use of the static caravans for residential staff accommodation shall be limited to a period of 2 years from the date of this decision. At the end of this period, all static caravans and any other structures, materials and equipment brought onto, or erected on the land, or works undertaken to it in connection with the static caravans shall be removed, and the land restored to its condition before the development took place. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy CS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, D1 and H15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The site shall only be used for the stationing of eight caravans, the occupation of which shall be limited to persons solely or mainly employed by the Oxford Belfry Hotel at London Road, Milton Common, Thame, OX9 2JW. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policy CS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, D1 and H15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
