Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 16121 OA B1 140 B01, 16121 OA B1 155 P 00 REV P1, 18150 100 03ES, 990 02, 990 03, 16121 OA B1 150 E XX REV P1, 18150 100 02FF, 18150 100 01GF, 990 01, 16121 OA B1 061 P 00 REV P3 A, 16121 OA B1 153 P RF REV P1, 990 04 and 16121 OA B1 154 P 00 REV P2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to commencement of works to the barns, a description of the proposed works to the existing concrete floors and footings if necessary shall be agreed by section plan which shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of works to the barns details of the works to existing masonry and cement rendered plinths of the Southern barn shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All repairs to masonry to be in appropriate lime mortar and matching bricks.

Works of restraint to the east gable purlins of the north barn should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to works commencing on the part of the project.
