Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 848.02 and 03 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a)Details of methods of repair/plating of timbers referenced to drawings of roof structure and timber frame b) Details of any localised under-pinning annotated on plan c) Details of all vents, pipes and extract ducts annotated on plan and elevation drawings d) Details of proposed new access gates at 1:20 (section and elevation) e) specification for the study baluster/partition f) structural details of how the new study mezzanine shall be supported Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Prior to the commencement of works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
