The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the materials for the French doors shall be single glazed painted timber in accordance with the details accompanying the application. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. |
