That details of the 1.8 metre decorative metal palisade fence to be erected as shown on drawing SB/315/3 Rev A shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 1 month of the date of this permission. The decorative metal palisade fence shall be erected in accordance with that approved within 3 months of the date of this permission and thereafter shall be maintained as such.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the area, and to ensure highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the wooden panel fencing surrounding the outdoor play area shall be removed within 3 months of the date of this permission.
Reason: to protect local amenities and to ensure highway safety is not compromised in accordance with Policies G2, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
