Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of a two year period from the date of this permission, the use of the land for car parking shall cease unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: Because a temporary planning permission only is granted in the specific circumstances pending the redevelopment of this site in accordance with Policies G5 and T8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within a period of two months from the date of this permission the easterly site access shall be remodelled and constructed in accordance with the standard specification of the Highway Authority and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within a period of two months from the date of this permission the westerly site access shall be closed and the kerb and footway reinstated in accordance with the standard specification of the Highway Authority and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within a period of two months from the date of this permission five percent of the site car parking shall be made available for parking for people with disabilities. Reason: To provide parking for people with disabilities in accordance with Policy T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within a period of two months from the date of this permission appropriate signage shall be provided from the car park to the crossing point on Station Road and shall first be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The applicants shall enter into an agreement with the Highway Authority to provide the specific junction works to be carried out to secure safe access to this car park. The works shall then be carried out within a period of two months from the date of this permission unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
