Commencement listed building consent 5 years.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the windows to be inserted at first floor on the eastern elevation shall be glazed with opaque glass and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To help to protect the amenity of the adjoining property in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the alteration of wall 3, specified on Drawing 1210/3, a building analysis shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the works respect the historic character of the building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the undertaking of any painting a paint analysis of each room, to be prepared by an expert paint analyst, should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The analysis should be carried out on all timbers proposed for stripping to ascertain whether they are painted or not. If painted they should not be stripped. Alternatively, all timbers could be painted in a white or off white paint (Heritage Range) in a non vinyl emulsion, details of which should be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the works respect the historic character of the buidling in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of works, details of the type and colour (materials and render mix details) of the lime render to be applied to the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Following the removal of external render, in the event that decayed timbers are encountered, these should be inspected by the Local Planning Authority and a schedule of repairs should be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the stripping of extenal paint, details of the method of stripping shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
