That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the car parking layout, including hazardous markings and pedestrian walkways, shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the premises the subject of this planning permission shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, that is as a children's indoor adventure playground. Reason: That the loss of the industrial building is only justified having regard to the special circumstances as set out in the application in accordance with Policy S1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
