Come and try a KaSoTonic Exercise Class in Chinnor and Thame
These fun, safe and varied exercise classes are ideal for anyone over 50 or for those wanting to ease into exercise.
Let us help you improve your tone, strength and flexibility in the LIGHT class every Monday at 11:30am at Chinnor Village Hall.
Or come to our more gentle exercise GOLD class every Thursday at 2:30pm at Thame Guide Hut - to relieve the physical discomfort caused by arthritis, replacement joints, osteoporosis, obesity and high blood pressure.
