Make a tree works application online

You can now make an online application to carry out works to trees within a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order through the Planning Portal. Planning Portal This link will take you to an external website...

Guidance notes for both types of application can be found on the right hand side of the page along with an example of a completed Conservation Area Notice of Intent.  Please read these notes carefully as incomplete applications will be returned. 

Your application should include a detailed description of the proposed works, together with location details of the property and trees concerned.  Any additional details you can provide such as photographs, can also help to speed up your application.
