Goring Neighbourhood Plan

Goring Parish Council is working on a neighbourhood plan. The process empowers local communities to help direct and shape the way their area grows and develops into the future. A neighbourhood plan will form part of the development plan, which helps to determine planning applications. 

What’s happening now?

The independent examination is now being carried out by Timothy Jones, who will make a recommendation on whether the plan should proceed to public referendum. A public hearing took place on Wednesday 11 July 2018.
