Ewelme Neighbourhood Plan

Ewelme Parish Council is working on a neighbourhood plan. The process empowers local communities to help direct and shape the way their area grows and develops into the future. A neighbourhood plan will form part of the development plan, which helps to determine planning applications.

What’s happening now?

Ewelme Neighbourhood Area was formally designated on 15 May 2017. The parish council has started the process of gathering evidence and engaging with the local community. This is to give the plan a direction and draft policies that will form the neighbourhood plan.

If you want to get involved in the process, please contact the Parish Council. More information on the process is available on our Neighbourhood Planning home page.

If you would like to discuss neighbourhood planning with a member of the team, please call us on 01235 422600 or email planning.policy@southoxon.gov.uk.
