Buying, selling or gifting a home
From time to time residents will sell their homes on the park. Although there’s a formal process in place to buy a mobile home here, the council doesn’t take part in any negotiations and doesn’t have any responsibilities regarding the sale.
If you’re buying a home on the park, you should be aware of your terms of agreement with the council, and seek independent legal advice from a solicitor.
There are plenty of fact sheets and forms about buying and selling mobile homes on the gov.uk website, and you can find all of the relevant forms below.
