How to speak at a meeting or ask a question

You can speak on most business listed on agendas for committee meetings.  Please contact Democratic Services for advice but please allow three working days before the meeting as there are deadlines by which you must register to speak. 

Alternatively, you may have a question for councillors on a matter that isn-t on the agenda.  If you want to ask a question, please contact Democratic Services for advice.
