Note if you are a land owner who wants to use land as a mobile home site, including for a single unit, you will need to go onto a different page for landlords here
The council owns Foxhall Manor Park. It is a permanent residential mobile home park owned and managed by South Oxfordshire District Council. It has space for 125 mobile homes.
It’s approximately one mile from Didcot Parkway train station, one mile from the council offices in Milton Park, and just under two miles from the Milton Interchange of the A34.
Residents own their homes and pay an annual pitch rent to the council.
Each pitch has piped LPG Gas , electric, water and drainage connections.
