Community Trigger

Help with ongoing anti-social behaviour (ASB)

If you have reported the same ASB to an agency three or more times in the past six months, and you feel the problem has not been properly addressed, you can request a community trigger case review.

To request a community trigger, please submit an online form.

Once triggered, relevant agencies of the South and Vale Community Safety Partnership will review your case and decide any further action can be taken to resolve the issue. The process is not used to make a complaint about an agencies services, or to report ASB for the first time.

If you do not meet the threshold for a community trigger but wish to speak to the relevant team, follow the link find out more about ASB and how to report it.

If you have a complaint about one of our partnership agencies, please contact them direct. If you wish to make a complaint about any of the district council's services visit our complaints page.
