Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 001, and Heritage Statement except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of relevant works, details of all new windows at a scale of 1:5 (technical specification from supplier is adequate) to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be built using only the approved details. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
