Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 2nd August 2018
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Having regard to the inadequate amount of off-street parking proposed for staff and parents or carers, the proposal would result in an unacceptable risk of indiscriminate or obstructive parking on the B4009 where there are insufficient parking controls at peak times. The proposal would be prejudicial to highway safety, contrary to saved Policies D2, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, and Paragraph 109 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
