Removal of Condition 1 of P15/S1998/FUL to remove the time limit so that it applies to the land and not the applicant.
Change of use of land from agricultural to mixed agricultural and camping/caravan site for touring (holiday) caravans and tents. As supported by Applicant's e-mail dated 08 July 2015 and as amended and supported by Applicant's e-mail and revised block plan received on 21 July 2015. As supported by Flood Risk Assessment and highway assessment received on 09 December 2015. As supported by annotated block plan and revised Flood Evacuation Plan received on 27 January 2016.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plan Location Plan LOC 001 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The site shall be used for the siting of a maximum of five touring caravans and fifteen tents for holiday and recreational purposes only and for no other purpose. The site shall not be used for the siting of static caravans. For the purposes of this condition, touring caravans shall include any motor homes and campervans.
Reason: In order to limit the impact of the development on the visual amenity of the Oxford Green Belt and the surrounding area, the impact on the amenity of neighbouring residents and in order to limit the flood risk to users of the site in accordance with Policies CSEN2 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, Policies C3, G4, GB4, EP1 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and to the Policies of the National Planning Policy Framework.
The site shall only be used for the stationing of touring caravans and tents between Good Friday and 30 September each calendar year. All caravans and tents shall be removed from the site outside these dates. For the purposes of this condition, touring caravans shall include any motor homes and campervans.
