Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 4th October 2017
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The access to the proposed parking space is impractical. The availability of the access is not a certainty, thereby displacing parked vehicles on to surrounding roads. This will increase the risk to highway safety and to users of the highway. In addition, the proposed garage does not meet the required dimensions for a single occupancy garage. The proposals are therefore contrary to Policy T1 and Policy T2 of the South Oxfordshire District Local Plan.
